Sweet Cupcake.

I think, with this card, I decided to distance myself from my comfort zone of  “PINK” and venture into very unknown territories namely loud dashing colors !! I have made a deliberate effort at using this loud pattern paper here becoz the sketch is one where one can really show off the pattern. Like I always say, clean and simple is what I enjoy the most. Ofcourse the experience was a real fun one.

Right from the time I was in school and when most of us gals used to exchange cards or tiny gifts, (sometimes even fancy erasers 🙂 I’ve  really never believed in waiting for one particular day to express my love and affection for my husband, best friend, sister or neighbour etc. We can leave a small mark of love with so many gestures, each day of the year. Hence I do not make specific Valentines card but affection, intimate and love cards, with short and crisp messages. Afterall who has the time to read paragraphs and essays !! (including my own husband 😦   )  Two lines to say exactly what I am feeling and when I am feeling it.

 The cupcake is stamped while the sentiment is digi stamp embellished with two brads and completed with a ribbon. Voila !!
