EASY DIY BOTTLE CAP PUMPKINS !!

With Fall season, almost upon us, you can try this Fall activity with the children.

You can get the kids to color these bottle caps – while you use the empty hot glue gun to make holes. The kids can then thread the twine thru the holes. I figure, 14-15 caps will do a neat circle. Please watch my video for a complete tutorial.

An easy DIY to create Pumpkins from Bottle caps

  1. Those look so neat! I love all things Halloween and I pinned your little pumpkins to my Pinterest pages for Halloween and DIY/Hacks.
    Take care!
Oh yes, I sent your blog to my daughter-in-law for my little grandsons, she said she would check it out!

    • I can’t believe I wrote your instead of you’re and now it’s out there in the World for all to see. Doh!!!

      • Ha ha !!!!! Its the most common typo error !! Worry not, friend. We all get caught up when we’re in a hurry to drop the comment 😉

    • Tracy – you’re too generous in your praise. Necessity is the mother of all inventions !! I have heaps of “things” stored in boxes – its about time, I made ‘things’ out of it” – lest hubby get another chance to call me a hoarder 🙂 Really glad you liked the pumpkin. Frankly, they are really cute.

  2. Naush,
These are so sweet and a perfect project for kids too!! Thanks so much for sharing and thanks so much for visiting!! Stay safe, healthy and happy!!
    Hugs,
    Debbie

  3. I’m visiting from the Lou Lou Girls Link up today. These are such a cute idea for a fall craft! And a fun way to use a recyclable. Thank you for sharing!

  4. Hi Naush, how fun and clever! It’s making things like this that I miss doing now the children are all grown up, but I still couldn’t resist seeing how the pumpkins are made.

    Popped by from the #happynowlinkup.

    xx

    • Debbie – I miss that too. 😦 – The boys will appreciate it but not want to try making with me. Unlike how it was when they were little. But when they were younger, they were little restless souls who wanted to touch EVERYTHING – and mess up even before starting the project !! Still, I miss those days.
Thank you for dropping by Debbie.

    • This year just feels like one long useless dream – not a nightmare – but a dream. One feeling common between each and every human being on Earth right now is that this is the most unusual year EVER . Stay safe and thank you for dropping by.

  6. Awesome way to recycle something and make a fall craft at the same time. Pinned. Thanks for sharing it. #HomeMattersParty

  7. Oh, those are so adorable! And they look so fun to make. (At first, when I saw the picture, I thought they were made of ribbon! lol) So cute.

    • They were so easy ! provided you can deal with the strings of hot glue (which is so annoying) rest is easy beasy ! Kids would love it.
